🔁 Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Aishani Collection, we want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
2. Process
- Email us at support@aishanicollection.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- To cancel, email us at support@aishanicollection.com with your order details.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.
