- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be mentioned in the product description.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted national courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
3. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
- Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or courier delays).
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders across India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before final payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes in India.
- Please ensure correct contact information and address for smooth delivery.
- Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may lead to account restrictions.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status on our website or the courier partner’s site.
7. Delays or Non-Delivery
- In rare cases of shipping delays or delivery issues, please contact us at support@aishanicollection.com with your order details.
- We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue at the earliest.
- If the order cannot be delivered, we will initiate a refund or replacement as applicable.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, Aishani Collection ships only within India.
- We are working to introduce international shipping in the future.
9. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
